Thank you for your presence here. I’m thrilled to welcome you to THE SHALA online where we can join together in practice wherever you may be. Whether you are seeking guided meditation, dynamic vinyasa flow practices, deep stretch/post movement flows, or restorative classes, my intention is to provide ample, accessible tools to support you in just the way you need on any given day. You’ll have options to practice LIVE with me each week if you wish and, as a member, you’ll have unlimited access to my ever-growing, on-demand library of over 200+ yoga and meditation practices.

Your monthly membership gives you unlimited access to my ever-growing library of on-demand practices of varying lengths, styles, and themes. You’ll find guided meditations as well as hundreds of yoga practices to fit your needs. As a member, you’re also welcome to attend my weekly livestream classes at no additional charge. Finally, our members gather via zoom at the start of each month for a live guided meditaiton.

Livestream Classes

Being able to share and connect with you in this way has long been a dream of mine and I’m thrilled it’s here. It is my honor to invite you to join me here at THE SHALA online for weekly, livestreamed classes as they happen in real time from wheverer you may be - from the comfort of your home or during your travels. These classes will vary in duration (30, 45, 60-min), style (vinyasa, mindful flow, meditation, prepare for sleep, post-run flows, and more), and theme (physical, philosophical, and spiritual focus).

In my movement classes you’ll find fluid, rhythmic, dynamic movement with a thoughtful blend of breath-centered flow, inspired sequencing, and purposeful moments of pause and reflection.

My breath work and meditation classes are designed to be both accessible and potent. Born from the wisdom, generosity, and guidance of all of my teachers and mentors, these offerings represent my close to 20 years of study and practice.

Membership Subscriptions

When you join THE SHALA online membership, you will receive full access to my continuiously-growing library of asana, pranayama, and meditation practices. My intention for this membership is to offer online classes, accessible anytime you wish, for those of you who are not able to attend live or prefer to practice at times not offered live. For the teachers, you will have new sequences and approaches to educate and inspire your own practice and teaching on a consistent basis as new classes of varying lengths, techniques, and areas of focus will be added weekly.

As a member, you may also attend any livestreamed class at no additional charge - this is included in your membership. You have the option to pay as you go with our auto-renew monthly membership or pay for the annual membership and save.
