  SALUTE THE SUN. This short, comprehensive flow is designed to be done first thing in the morning as it will set you up to move into your day feeling grounded, open, and receptive. 20-Minute Vinyasa
 DEEP HIP OPENING. This grounding flow will keep you close to the earth with an aim to create space and opening in and around your hips. Begin with reclined postures, move towards deep lunges, and close with seated hip openers. 28-Minute Deep Stretch
 NO FUSS, NO FRILLS FLOW. Drop in for an effecient, 25-minute flow designed to connect you with the simplicity of the practice through intentional breath and a full spectrum sequence. 25-Minute Vinyasa
 MIND + BODY RESET. This restorative practice will support you whether you are on the first day of your cycle, in the middle of your workday, or transitioning to sleep at night. 22-Minute Restorative
 LENGTHEN + OPEN. This hatha practice is one of my favorites to lengthen and open the body after long periods of sitting or more intense physical /cardio movement. Grab a block and enjoy! 27-Minute Hatha Stretch
